During my Master’s studies at the University of Miami, my experience working with [Dr. Susan](https://www.linkedin.com/in/susanamat/) [Amat](https://www.linkedin.com/in/susanamat/) and [The Launch](https://www.thelaunchpad.org) [Pad](https://www.thelaunchpad.org) at the University of Miami profoundly impacted my journey, which continues to guide me today.   Our mascot, Sebastian the Ibis, was always a crowd-pleaser with his energetic dance moves and captivating performances, the spectacle of which was akin to the viral sensations we now frequently encounter on TikTok  # SebastianTheIbis # ItsAllAboutTheU #UMiami 🕺💫   Sebastian's willingness to embrace change and adapt capabilities based on the audience's response served as a metaphorical reminder of the kind of spirit necessary for thriving in today's rapidly evolving business landscape 🚀🌍. The Launch Pad, under Dr. Amat's guidance, cultivated an environment that emphasized adaptability and creative problem-solving, values Sebastian unknowingly championed. The mission at the Launchpad wasn't just to foster young entrepreneurs and instill an innovative mindset that could adapt, evolve and dance through the tunes of various business challenges. The lessons learned from my experience at the University of Miami continue to inspire me on my journey toward shaping the future through innovation. Like Sebastian's dance, being fearless, innovative, and adaptable helps us stay relevant and succeed in our quests. So, let's keep swaying to the beat of progress, learning from every step.
